Nikki McIntosh
Realtor
With a distinguished background as an award winning educator of 16 years and a successful career in insurance sales, I bring a unique blend of insight, compassion, and advocacy to every real estate journey. As mother of 4 and proudly married for 25 years. I understand the deep importance of finding the right place to call home. My faith in life has always been about service - whether in the classroom, at the kitchen table discussing protection and planning, or walking clients through one of life's biggest investments. Fueled by curiosity and a love of adventure, I bring energy, empathy, and a steadfast commitment to helping families make confident, informed decisions.
My Favorite Thing About Working in Real Estate Is: Being able to serve people in moments and major life transition. Offering not just guidance, but genuine care, clarity and support as they step into next chapter of their lives.
My Favorite Season: Fall
My Favorite Holiday: Christmas
My Life Motto Is: Live with purpose, serve with heart, and never shrink from the space you were born to fill.
My Why: Create safe, empowered spaces - whether in homes, hearts, or moment of transition - where people feel seen, supported, and strong enough to step fully into who they're meant to be. I serve because I believe real estate is more than property, its legacy, healing, and home.
My Favorite Candy Is: Hot tamales
When I'm not Working I: am exploring, skiing fresh powder, hiking in the back country, or chasing adventure with my family.
People Who Know Me Would Say I: lead with heart, bring calm to chaos, and somehow always know when someone needs a hug, laugh, or reminder their worth.
What Are the Goals You Have for Your Children? Know who they are, walk in truth, love, boldly, and love rooted in purpose-not performance.
What Non-Profit Would You Start: After losing my oldest child in 2020 at only 21 years of age - I would dedicate time to fentanyl awareness and prevention. Educating families, empowering youth, equipping communities to recognize the danger, speak the truth, and save lives. It would blend real stories, bold advocacy, and practical tools to break cycles, reduced stigma, and protect our greatest assets - the next generations.
